WHAT IS YOUR REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY?
We have a 7 day return window. You have 7 days from the day your order is marked as delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return and refund, your order must meet all of the following:

Purchased at full price with no discounts or promo codes, or you added shipping insurance at checkout

Item is in the same condition you received it

Unworn, unwashed, free of odors or stains

All original tags attached

In its original packaging

No alterations or tailoring

Receipt or proof of purchase available

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP?

It generally takes 1 - 3 business days to drop of at the carrier, plus the ship time you chose at checkout. ย For specific ship times please read all product descriptions before purchasing.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIPย PRE-ORDERS/DENIM ALTERATIONS?ย 
Pre-order ship times are always located in the product descriptions or directly below the pre-order button. Denim alterations usually take an additional 5 - 7 business days to ship. ย Please read descriptions fully before purchasing.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE USA?
Yes we ship worldwideย usingย USPS, UPS, FEDEX, and DHL.

WILL I GET Aย TRACKING NUMBER WITH MY ORDER?
Once the item has shipped you will receive an automated email containing the tracking number.ย  If you have not received an email with a tracking number, your order has not shipped.

DO YOU OFFER DENIM ALTERATIONS?
Yes, we alterย justย the waist andย length. ย Please note this will extend the delivery time by up to 5 - 7 business days and is an additionalย fee for each alteration.ย 

WHAT AREย CUSTOM AND DUTIES FEE?
Your country's Customs office may add Customs taxes (VAT) and Duty to your package once it arrives at your Customs office. Customer must pay any customs, duties and/or taxes to the parcel carrier at delivery of the package. Your parcel carrier may contact you to arrange payment of these fees before the package can be delivered. If any package is refused or undeliverable, customer will be responsible for any return shipping or taxes.
